Phéeora Jewelry Return Policy
No Returns or Exchanges for Earrings
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings.
General Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at pheeorajewelry@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Costs
- For Quality Issues: If your return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For Other Reasons: For all other returns, including change of mind, return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Exchanges
At Phéeora, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change your item, you’ll need to return the original product (as per the return policy) and place a new order for your preferred item.
Damages or Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a solution at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Important: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at pheeorajewelry@gmail.com.
